Who I am
I’m a Senior Engineering Manager in London with 10+ years of experience leading high-performing teams, driving technical excellence, and scaling engineering orgs.
But I didn’t follow a conventional path.
2016 – Dropped out of university, moved to London with no degree or network, landed my first software job in a month.
2019 – Promoted to Engineering Manager, leading teams at a cybersecurity company.
2022 – Senior Engineering Manager at a fast-scaling startup, overseeing 20+ engineers and 25 open-source libraries.
2024 & Beyond:
Managing a team working on a top-secret 🤫 (and very cool) GenAI tool at Zopa Bank (Fintech unicorn 🦄).
